After walking around Tokyo Disneyland for a few hours, a cold soft-serve ice cream can feel like the perfect break.

However, soft serve is not sold at every snack stand in the park. When I looked for it during my visit, I realized that the restaurant names and themed area names can make the locations confusing—especially if it is your first time at Tokyo Disneyland.

For example, being told that a shop is in “Critter Country” may not help much if you do not already know the park layout.

To make things easier, this guide explains each location using well-known attractions such as Splash Mountain, Jungle Cruise and Western River Railroad as landmarks.

As of August 20, 2026, the two main places selling regular soft-serve cones at Tokyo Disneyland are:

  • Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon: Chocolate, Milk and Chocolate-Milk Swirl
  • Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar: Apple Mango, Milk and Apple Mango-Milk Swirl

There are also seasonal sundaes, including soft serve with a Mickey-shaped churro and a Halloween pumpkin flavor.

If you simply want a classic soft-serve cone, choose one of the first two locations. Despite its name, Ice Cream Cones in World Bazaar mainly sells scooped ice cream and frozen desserts rather than regular swirled soft serve.

1. Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon: Chocolate, Milk and Swirl

東京ディズニーランドでソフトクリームを販売するラケッティのラクーンサルーン

The shop I photographed during my visit was Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon in Critter Country.

This is the place to visit if you are looking for chocolate soft serve. It sells Chocolate, Milk and a swirl combining both flavors.

Where is Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon?

The easiest way to find it is to head toward Splash Mountain.

The shop is not directly beside the attraction entrance. Once you reach the Splash Mountain area, continue farther into Critter Country, keeping the splash pool on your right. The path may feel as though it is leading away from the main park route, but keep walking.

I remember wondering whether I was still going in the right direction. A little farther ahead, I found a rustic wooden building built against the rocky hillside.

Look for the large wooden “RACCOON SALOON” sign shown in the photo.

Because this shop is tucked into one of the deepest parts of the park, it is easy to miss unless you are specifically looking for it. Visiting after riding Splash Mountain is the most convenient option.

Soft-serve flavors and prices

The menu board I saw during my visit listed the following flavors:

FlavorPrice
Chocolate¥500
Milk¥500
Chocolate and Milk Swirl¥500

Chocolate is the best choice if you want a richer flavor, while Milk is the classic option. If you cannot decide, the Swirl lets you try both in one cone.

The prices and flavors are also listed on the current official Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon menu.

Try the Critter Sundae for Soft Serve and a Mickey Churro

One item that immediately stood out on the menu board was the Critter Sundae.

ItemWhat is includedPriceSales period
Critter SundaeMickey Churro and Chocolate-Milk Swirl Soft Serve¥800From July 1, 2026

This is a good option if you want to try two classic Tokyo Disneyland snacks at the same time: soft serve and a Mickey-shaped churro.

You can eat the churro on its own or dip it into the soft serve. It is more filling than a regular cone, so it also works well as an afternoon dessert to share.

The official Critter Sundae page describes it as a Mickey Churro served with mixed soft serve.

A separate Mickey Churro (Cinnamon) is also listed for ¥500, with its current sales period scheduled through September 14, 2026.

2. Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar: Apple Mango, Milk and Swirl

If you prefer a fruity flavor, head to Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar in Adventureland.

This location sells Apple Mango, Milk and a swirl combining Apple Mango and Milk.

Where is Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar?

Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar is located in front of Jungle Cruise: Wildlife Expeditions and Western River Railroad.

These attractions are clearly marked on the park map, so this shop is generally easier to find than Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon.

After walking through World Bazaar, turn toward Adventureland on the left side of the park. Follow signs for Jungle Cruise or Western River Railroad. Near the attraction entrances, look for a small tropical-style counter with a corrugated roof.

It is also closer to the park entrance than Critter Country, making it convenient if you want soft serve earlier in the day.

Soft-serve flavors and prices

FlavorPrice
Apple Mango¥500
Milk¥500
Apple Mango and Milk Swirl¥500

Apple Mango is the most distinctive choice at this location. Choose the fruit flavor on its own for something refreshing, or try the Swirl if you also want the creaminess of Milk soft serve.

The current selection is listed on the official Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar menu.

Seasonal Mango Sundae

Through September 14, 2026, the shop is also scheduled to sell a Mango Sundae for ¥680.

It feels more like a complete dessert than a simple cone and is a good choice for anyone who particularly enjoys mango flavors.

Seasonal items can sell out or end earlier than planned, so check the Tokyo Disney Resort App before walking to the shop.

Does the “Ice Cream Cones” Shop Sell Regular Soft Serve?

In World Bazaar, close to the park entrance, there is a shop called Ice Cream Cones.

The name makes it sound like the obvious place to buy soft serve. I thought the same thing when I first checked the park’s food options.

However, its current regular menu mainly lists ice cream and frozen desserts for ¥400, rather than the classic swirled soft-serve cones sold at Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon and Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar.

If you specifically want soft serve, go to one of those two shops instead.

Ice Cream Cones does sometimes sell seasonal desserts made with soft serve.

This is a refreshing option for Tokyo’s hot and humid summer. You get both shaved ice and soft serve in one dessert.

Ice Cream Cones is on the World Bazaar main street as you walk from the park entrance toward Cinderella Castle. Prices and dates are available on the official Ice Cream Cones menu.

For a rich, chocolate-based dessert, choose Rackety’s. For something lighter and fruitier, Squeezer’s is likely the better match.

Can You Order Soft Serve in a Cup?

The standard menu photos show the regular soft serve in a cone. The official menu does not clearly state whether it can always be changed to a cup.

If you need a cup—for example, for a young child or because you are worried about the ice cream melting—ask a Cast Member before ordering.

Availability may depend on the shop and the supplies available that day, so a cup cannot be guaranteed.

Another option is to choose a sundae, which is already served in a container, or ask about cup options for scooped ice cream at Ice Cream Cones.

Pumpkin Soft Serve for Halloween 2026

Visitors traveling in autumn can look forward to seasonal pumpkin soft serve.

The announced sales period is September 15 through October 31, 2026. As of August 20, these items have not yet gone on sale.

Squeezer’s Tropical Juice BarPumpkin, Milk or Pumpkin-Milk Swirl Soft Serve¥500 each
Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon and Ice Cream ConesHalloween Sundae with Pumpkin Soft Serve and Churro¥900

The Halloween Sundae sounds especially filling. It combines rich pumpkin soft serve with a pumpkin churro and caramel popcorn.

The announced locations and dates are listed on the official Disney Halloween special menu page.

The regular summer flavors may change when the Halloween menu begins. If Chocolate or Apple Mango is your priority, check the app on the day of your visit before heading across the park.

Use Disney Mobile Order

Both Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon and Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar accept Disney Mobile Order.

After entering Tokyo Disneyland, open the Tokyo Disney Resort App and select a restaurant, an available pickup time and your menu items. This is particularly useful during the hot summer months when snack counters can become busy.

I also saw the Disney Mobile Order sign outside Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon during my visit.

Popular pickup windows may fill up, so it is worth checking the app while waiting for an attraction rather than waiting until you are already hungry.

Restaurant operating hours may be shorter than the park’s opening hours. A shop may also close depending on the weather, season or time of day.

Helpful Tips for International Visitors

  • Search the English restaurant name in the app. Use “Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon” or “Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar.”
  • Use attractions as landmarks. Splash Mountain is the best landmark for Rackety’s; Jungle Cruise and Western River Railroad are the easiest landmarks for Squeezer’s.
  • Check the menu before crossing the park. Seasonal flavors can change, and the two shops are not next to each other.
  • Order early on hot days. Mobile Order pickup times may become limited.
  • Eat quickly in summer. Tokyo can be extremely hot and humid, and soft serve melts fast.
  • Prices are shown in Japanese yen. The prices in this article include tax, but they may change.

Final Thoughts

東京ディズニーランドでソフトクリームを販売するラケッティのラクーンサルーン

The two main places to buy regular soft serve at Tokyo Disneyland are:

  • Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon: Chocolate, Milk and Swirl, near the exit of Splash Mountain
  • Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar: Apple Mango, Milk and Swirl, in front of Jungle Cruise and Western River Railroad

When I visited Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon, it was farther into Critter Country than I expected. Looking for Splash Mountain was much easier than trying to navigate using the themed area name alone.

Choose the Critter Sundae if you also want a Mickey Churro, or head to Squeezer’s if you prefer a tropical fruit flavor.

Because seasonal menus change often, check the Tokyo Disney Resort App before visiting the shop. With the attraction landmarks in this guide, you should be able to find your soft serve without wandering around the park.
