On October 25, 2025, the popular Miso-Kin series produced by HIKAKIN, one of Japan’s top YouTubers, released a new flavor —
the bold and fiery “Spicy Miso-Kin (辛みそきん / Kara Miso-Kin)”! 🔥

The latest release — Spicy Miso-Kin, bold red package and full of heat!

I grabbed mine first thing in the morning at 7-Eleven Japan.
The store shelves featured three types: the regular Miso-Kin, the all-new Spicy Miso-Kin, and Miso-Kin Meshi (the rice version).
Its bright red package with the words “Gatsun to Umakara” (“Strong and Tasty Spice”) stands out immediately.

Produced by HIKAKIN × Nissin Foods

The Miso-Kin brand began as a collaboration between HIKAKIN and Nissin Foods, known for Cup Noodles.
Since its first release, it has become a viral hit, with fans lining up every time it returns to 7-Eleven stores.
This latest version, Spicy Miso-Kin, takes the series’ signature rich miso flavor and gives it an addictive spicy twist.

Rich Miso × Perfect Spice Balance

The soup base keeps Miso-Kin’s signature deep miso richness while adding a punch of chili and garlic.
It’s flavorful without being overpowering — truly a perfect “umakara” (旨辛) balance.

The noodles are thick and chewy, and the toppings — minced meat, bean sprouts, and green onions — deliver satisfying texture and volume.

How It Differs from the Original Miso-Kin

While the original Miso-Kin has a mild, creamy white miso flavor,
the new Spicy Miso-Kin stands out for its bolder spices and sharper heat.
Fans of the series and spice lovers alike will want to try this limited-edition release.
