Where to Find Soft Serve at Tokyo Disneyland: Location Guide

東京ディズニーランドでソフトクリームを販売するラケッティのラクーンサルーン Disney

After walking around Tokyo Disneyland for a few hours, soft serve can be the perfect break.

The difficult part is finding it. Soft serve is not sold at every snack stand, and restaurant names such as “Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon” do not immediately tell first-time international visitors where to go.

I had the same problem when I looked for soft serve in the park. Knowing that a shop was in “Critter Country” was less helpful than knowing that it was near Splash Mountain.

This guide therefore focuses on where to find soft serve, using major attractions as landmarks. It does not list fixed flavors, prices or seasonal dates because those details change throughout the year.

Use this article to find the shop, then check the Tokyo Disney Resort App or the official menu for what is available on the day of your visit.

Where Can You Buy Soft Serve at Tokyo Disneyland?

The two main places to look for classic swirled soft serve are:

LocationPark areaEasy landmark
Rackety’s Raccoon SaloonCritter CountryContinue into Critter Country near Splash Mountain
Squeezer’s Tropical Juice BarAdventurelandNear Jungle Cruise and Western River Railroad

Neither shop is directly beside the park entrance.

If you do not know the themed area names, remember “Splash Mountain” for Rackety’s and “Jungle Cruise” for Squeezer’s.

1. Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon Near Splash Mountain

The location I photographed during my visit was Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon in Critter Country.

How to Find Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon

Start by following signs for Splash Mountain.

Once you reach the attraction area, continue farther into Critter Country. The shop is tucked away from the park’s main paths, so it can feel as though you are walking in the wrong direction.

I remember wondering whether I had missed it. A little farther ahead, I found a rustic wooden building set against the rocky landscape.

Look for the large wooden “RACCOON SALOON” sign shown in the photo.

This location is convenient before or after visiting Splash Mountain. If you are elsewhere in the park, check the map first because Critter Country is farther from the entrance than Adventureland.

Check the Menu on the Day of Your Visit

The menu board displayed soft serve when I visited, but the flavors and dessert combinations can change for seasonal events.

A flavor shown in an older blog post or social media photo may no longer be available when you arrive.

Before walking across the park for one specific flavor, check the official Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon menu.

2. Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar Near Jungle Cruise

The other main location is Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar in Adventureland.

Its name does not make the location obvious, but it is close to Jungle Cruise: Wildlife Expeditions and Western River Railroad.

How to Find Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar

After walking through World Bazaar, head left toward Adventureland.

Follow signs for Jungle Cruise or Western River Railroad. Near the attraction entrances, look for a small tropical-style counter.

This shop is generally easier to reach from the park entrance than Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon. It is a convenient option if Adventureland is already part of your itinerary.

Flavors May Change with the Season

Squeezer’s often serves soft serve, but the flavors and seasonal desserts are not permanent.

If the flavor matters to you, check the official Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar menu before heading there.

Does Ice Cream Cones in World Bazaar Sell Soft Serve?

There is a shop called Ice Cream Cones in World Bazaar, between the park entrance and Cinderella Castle.

The name makes it sound like the obvious soft-serve location. I thought the same thing when I first checked the park’s restaurant list.

However, its regular selection mainly focuses on scooped ice cream and frozen desserts. Seasonal sundaes made with soft serve may appear, but the same soft-serve item is not guaranteed year-round.

If you specifically want classic swirled soft serve, check these two locations first:

  • Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon
  • Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar

For seasonal desserts at the World Bazaar shop, see the official Ice Cream Cones menu.

Why This Guide Does Not List Fixed Flavors or Prices

Tokyo Disneyland changes soft-serve flavors, sundaes and prices for seasons and special events.

An article that lists one exact menu can become outdated as soon as the next event begins. The shop locations and nearby attraction landmarks are more useful for long-term trip planning.

The easiest approach is:

  1. Use this guide to decide which shop fits your route.
  2. Open the official menu or Tokyo Disney Resort App on your visit date.
  3. Check the current flavor, price and operating hours.

This prevents a long walk to a shop based on an old seasonal menu.

Check Disney Mobile Order in the App

The soft-serve locations may participate in Disney Mobile Order.

After entering the park, open the Tokyo Disney Resort App and check whether the shop and an available pickup time appear. Availability, pickup windows and operating hours can change by day.

If you already know when you want a snack break, check while waiting for an attraction rather than waiting until you arrive at the shop.

How to Check the Current Menu in the App

  1. Open the Tokyo Disneyland map in the Tokyo Disney Resort App.
  2. Select the restaurant category.
  3. Search for “Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon” or “Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar.”
  4. Open the location page.
  5. Check the current menu, operating hours and Mobile Order availability.

A shop may close earlier than the park or temporarily stop selling an item because of weather or operating conditions.

Tips for International Visitors

  • Search the official English restaurant name in the app.
  • Use attractions rather than themed area names as landmarks.
  • Check the menu before crossing the park for one flavor.
  • Tokyo can be hot and humid, so eat soft serve soon after pickup.
  • Ask a Cast Member if you need help; you can show the restaurant page in the app.

Final Thoughts

For classic soft serve at Tokyo Disneyland, remember these two landmarks:

  • Near Splash Mountain: Rackety’s Raccoon Saloon
  • Near Jungle Cruise: Squeezer’s Tropical Juice Bar

Rackety’s was farther into Critter Country than I expected, so using Splash Mountain as the landmark was much easier than relying on the area name alone.

The flavors and prices may change, but these attraction landmarks make the shops much easier to find. Check the current menu in the app, then choose the location that best fits your park route.
